Mission

The St. Patrick Arts/Athletic Enrichment Program (AEP) is designed to help school artists’/athletes’ maximize their life-potential through a combination of academic and artistic/athletic opportunities and experiences.

Arts/Athletic Enrichment Programming (AEP)

Students with passion for an art/sport can find it difficult to do well in a traditional school environment.   Typically, students either drop out of their art/sport or they are forced to accept less than satisfactory academic performance.  The Arts/Athletic Enrichment Program (AEP) provides students with the opportunity to integrate their desire for art/sport with an expectation for academic excellence.

The Arts/Athletic Enrichment Program (AEP) at St Patrick Catholic School is an educational endeavour that is designed to assist student artist/athletes in becoming exemplary citizens enthused and capable of navigating the challenges of today’s society.  The artistic/athletic components of the program is simply a vehicle designed to convey the values and ethics necessary to achieve our primary goal.

Program Operation

The Arts/Athletic Enrichment Program (AEP) is co-educational, targeting students in grades ECS through 6 and operates during the full term of the academic year:  October through May.  The students’ course load will remain the same.   The AEP is intended to occur before, during (noon) or after school.  The current activities being offered are choir program, dance program, golf program, skipping program.  Please call the school for more information about each program.
